PURPOSE  |  The Community Involvement Committee will help students recognize the world as it exists outside of UW and to give back to both the UW and the greater Seattle community.  The committee would be encouraged to identify events, one for each quarter, in which the club would participate.  It is suggested that these events be a combination of events happening both on campus, and in the greater Seattle area.

RESPONSIBILITIES  |  Members who operate this committee will be in charge of researching events that BLHC could participate in and will form a group from within the club members to attend the event. This means that club awareness is also one of the responsibilities of this committee, making sure that the event timing and information is given out in a timely manner to encourage club participation. They will also conduct the coordination and communication necessary for the club to be apart of the event.
