MORE ABOUT BRENDON | I am from Marysville, Washington and I have lived in Washington state my entire life. I am the first person within my family to attend a four-year university and I have always put an emphasis on my education. While I was growing up I was always fascinated with the medical industry, and as I was going through High School I started to discover my passion for business. Now that I am at the University of Washington I have decided to embrace my two passions and set my sights on a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA).
During my journey at the UW I have been involved with Foster’s since freshman year because I was a direct admit to the program. I started to get involved with BLHC because I felt like this club fits perfectly with my career goals, and I know that this organization has the potential to create a strong network of like-minded, forward-thinking individuals in order to develop a better healthcare system that our nation will benefit from in the future. I look forward to serving as the President for this upcoming year and I highly suggest any student interested in discussing how our healthcare system is changing to get involved in this organization because this is our primary focus and we gain insight from experienced professionals in many different fields.
FUN FACT | I have a tattoo on my inner lip and I have been to Africa.
