Fall 2020 Update!

Hey everyone!

Husky Taekwondo Club is still practicing this fall quarter, and it will be mostly online, unless otherwise noted. We welcome all experience levels, including those completely new to the sport of taekwondo. Please email us at tkdclub@uw.edu for the Zoom link to join our online practices, or if you have any questions about the club. The exercises can be done within a small space, and if you can’t make one, don’t worry! We will be recording and posting them on our YouTube page. Here is the practice schedule for this quarter:

  • Mondays (general practice/”sparring”), 7 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Tuesdays (strength and conditioning), 6:15 PM – 7 PM
  • Thursdays (sport poomsae/forms), 7 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Fridays (strength and conditioning), 6:15 PM – 7 PM
  • Fridays (office hours), 7 PM – 7:45 PM
  • Saturdays (outdoor fitness drills), morning (time TBD)
