- Silk Reeling and other Chi Gong Methods
- Essential 18 Movements Form Created by Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei
- Lao Jia (Old Frame) Routines: Yi Lu (74 movements) and Er Lu (49 movements)
- Xin Jia (New Frame) Routines: Yi Lu (83 Movements) and Er Lu (71 movements)
- Five Categories of Pushing Hands
- Weapons Training: Dao (Broadsword), Jian (Straightword), Da Gun (Long pole), Shuang Dao (Double Broadswords) and Da Dao (Halberd)
For Spring quarter 2010, we will be focusing on Lao Jia Yi Lu and Push Hands.
