Bio
Hi! My name is Annamarie Askren, and I am a Senior in the
Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Outside of school
I serve as AIAA Secretary and President for SEDS-UW. For
three years I have designed and tested a soft X-ray diagnostic
for a plasma physics fusion device on campus. In my free
time I enjoy playing the piano, cooking, rock climbing,
and enjoying the outdoors. Space is a passion that drives
me to push my boundaries past the outer atmosphere. In the
future I hope to contribute to a small space company to
make space tourism a reality. |
