The Washington State Model United Nations is coordinated by the World Affairs Council in collaboration with the University of Washington and the Washington State United Nations Association. It is supported in part through a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
The mission of the World Affairs Council is to promote an understanding of global affairs throughout our region through balanced public events, educational activities, and the international visitor program. The World Affairs Council's Global Classroom program supports K-12 teachers as they educate their students around the world.
