Postponements and Make-up Sessions

Notification of program changes will also be made via our e-mail Information Distribution List. In the event that HWS cancels a session, a make-up session will be scheduled and the program will automatically be extended. If the total program is not completed by March 15, 2004, pro-rated refund checks for lessons only may be mailed automatically for those enrolled.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Since all Instructors, Bus Space, and Rental Equipment are reserved and paid for, there are no refunds or make-up sessions if you miss a lesson for reasons other than those listed below:

General: If you withdraw from the Husky Winter Sports Ski School Program and wish a refund, you must notify HWS in writing by noon Friday, January 16, 2004. Transportation fees are non-refundable after January 15, 2004.

Medical - If you incur an injury that prevents you from skiing/snowboarding notify the HWS office in writing or e-mail 3 days before the lesson. You may receive a pro-rated refund.
