2017 Diversity Career Fair

Delivering materials to the Career Fair:

  1. Bring materials with you and unload them. Spaces have been reserved for you to unload your materials in the N-22 Disability Parking Lot. Students will be available to help you bring your materials to the HUB Ballroom. Please obey the time restrictions for parking in the load/unload zones to avoid repeated ticketing and/or towing. After dropping off your materials, please park in the designated parking area assigned to you by the Traffic Guide upon your arrival on campus.

  2. Ship materials to the University of Washington. We will gladly accept your materials through January 24, 2017. Your materials will be delivered directly to your booth on the day of the career fair.

    3. Returning materials to your company:

    1. For return service the day after the career fair, be sure to attach a completed and pre-paid return label to your materials.

    2. Please note that we are unable to accommodate request to return materials if you have not pre-paid for your materials to be returned to your organization.
