One of the primary goals of Lambda Theta Alpha is to enhance the growth and progress of our people. For this reason, the main goals of the interest group are to establish working and social relationships with sisters and with other Interested Ladies. Further, this stage is a chance for Interested Ladies to gain insight concerning how fundraising, community service, and social events function within the bigger picture of things. In the past, through the collaborative efforts of all, interest groups have attained high levels of success and have gained essential insight as to what Lambda Theta Alpha stands for. Of most importance is the fact that Lambda Theta Alpha is a Sisterhood based on Unity, Love and Respect and it is dedicated to the empowerment of minorities and the universal woman through education, awareness, and a love of culture.
