The University of Washington student chapter of the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) was chartered on October 22, 1974.
Mission Statement
To promote the professional, educational, and social development of its members.
Membership
- UW Student TAPPI is a student organization open to all Bioresource and Engineering students at the University of Washington.
- Participate in events such as barbeques, career resource events, game nights, social outings, and the annual TAPPI PaperCon conference.
- Annual dues are $15 and can be paid (cash or card) to any UW Student TAPPI officer at TAPPI events.
