Tips for getting a job in Indian Country

				- Decide whether you want to pursue a job in a private firm's
Indian Law practice section, in government, or in-house for a
				Tribe.
- Be persistant when contacting potential employers. One
contact with a potential employer is NOT likely to get you a
				job.
- If you land an interview, take the time to research the
Tribe or firm as well as the person who will be interviewing
you. Eliminate as much uncertainty as possible.
- When interviewing for a position in Indian Country, be
respectful of differences in culture and ideas.
- Be confident in who you are!
