Can a Democracy be Jewish?
Rabbi Marc Rosenstein, director of the nonprofit
Makom Bagalil is a Jerusalem Fellow
and holds a PH.D. in Jewish history. His non-profit
organization offers a variety of educational programs in the Galilee about
pluralism, Jewish identity and Jewish-Arab relations. He will speak about the
tension between democracy and a Jewish state.
