Description: Attorney Alan Gura will join us to discuss the recent D.C. v. Heller case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Gura argued the case in front of the court last month and a decision is expected in June or July.

Description: Washington's new primary system has been challenged and is currently in front of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington State Grange v. Washington State Republican Party. The case involves core rights of political association and speech and whetehr or not a state may redefine the scope of a political organization. Local attorney John White represented the Republican party in front of the Supreme Court and will come to discuss the case.
