  • RSO

    • (in process) Tech person is at a conference until Nov 1st. RSO is aware of the issue. It should be resolved in a week or two.

    • If we need to print or use any RSO resources, contact Phil Hunt.

  • Finance Officer

    • Email Stephanie Rossi, to see if she wants to be the Finance Officer

    • January email a first year rep.

 

  • First Year Rep

    • Email out an email in January

    • be part of infocamp committee

 

  • Business Cards (deadline Nov 1, 2013)

    • Erika and Anne has been in charge of business cards. Stephanie and Al will be the ones taking care of business cards.

    • Erika will email students from last round that did not pay.

    • At this time, we have nine people signed up for business cards

    • Paypal – Sarah

    • After business cards round – look into a new payment system like (wepay)

    • Email: Megan Rawley that her business cards were to sent to address — Sarah is checking the mailing address tonight. Anne to email Megan Rawley

    • Note to future officers – funding from iCareers, or new fundraiser

 

  • New SWAG (maybe for late Winter Quarter?)

      • Al is getting in touch with iHelp to get the Simulcast together for the talk. Rachel Price will approve.

      • Rachel is training Al how to use Simulcast equipment (Monday 1145am)

      • Erika to check to parking permit

      • Sarah, request money from the student leadership council (120) and $80 will come from our bank account
