Academic Excellence
The Academic Excellence Program seeks to uphold the NSBE mission by providing our members with the tools they need to excel academically. Our programs include:

- Advisors Workshop
Pre-College Initiative
We partner with univerity departments to encourage middle and high school students' interest in STEM.
Boeing Mentorship Program
This six month mentorship program provides our members with access to top-level managers who teach us the professional skills to succeed in the workplace.
Professional Development
Our flagship event is the Diversity Career Fair. This fair connects UW students with hundreds of employers who are recruiting for internships, careers positions and co-op opportunities. We also invite employers to our weekly meetings to discuss opportunities within their organizations.
