Application Process:
1.  Download the Membership Application here.

2.  Print and fill out the application form.

3.  Place the application form and payment in an envelope labeled 'FMA UW-B' and deliver it to the UW-Bothell, Office of Student Life (Building UW-1, Rm 070).

4.  Send an email to fmauwb@u.washington.edu notifying us that your application has been submitted.

5.  We will process the application and include you in all future club communication via email.

6.  Within 2 to 3 weeks, you will receive your new member packet, which includes the items listed below.

All Members Receive:
FMA Member Card
FMA Member T-shirt  (Wear it with pride)
Careers in Finance - A detailed look at career options in the financial industry
Subscription to the Financial Management Forum
Subscription to the Journal of Applied Finance
Access to on-line searchable journal articles
Access to on-line career and educational resources

To Maintain Active Memberships, Members Must:
Attend 3 member meetings per quarter (this does not include guest speaker / professional development events).
Attend 1 FMA sponsored guest speaker / professional development event per month. 
Attend 3 FMA organized community service events during the academic year.
Attend 1 FMA social mixer per quarter.
