Matt Wallace
Matt is a sophomore at the University of Washington, where he primarily studies Political Science with a focus on International Security issues. Matt is also pursuing a second major in Law, Societies & Justice. This is his second year of collegiate mock trial after coming from parliamentary debate in high school. Last year, he served as both a witness and a closing attorney for the UW Mock Trial team.
Outside of mock trial, Matt is actively involved in the Air Force ROTC with the goal of becoming a Judge Advocate General (JAG) for our armed forces. As a drill team member and color guard adjutant, Matt is always running from one activity to another with coffee in hand. He spends any remaining free time managing Freshman as a Resident Adviser in the UW’s Residence Halls and working as a political speechwriting consultant for a national firm.
