Weekly Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief Seminars

Please RSVP Brian to confirm the date/place.

Students face multiple challenges at school including deadlines, heavy course load, exams, etc. It all contributes to stress. I guess, we all were told by our parents not to be angry, do not get depressed, but nobody taught us HOW to not get depressed or HOW to not get angry.

Even if we get angry, how do we deal with it? Art of Living at the UW invites UW students and staff to a free Yoga & Meditation seminar for stress relief. Seminar participants will be introduced to simple yoga postures and very simple yet tremendously powerful breathing techniques that helps release stress and handle emotions better.

"Practicing these techniques regularly has helped me immensely to maintain calm and focused state of mind throughout my busy days, become more dynamic in my deeds and run my whole life much smoother." (Graduate student, University of Washington)
