Minutes of the supplementary June Business Meeting

Attendees:

Eleanor announced that she has reserved a table for us at the Fall Activities Fair, Thursday September 30 from 10:30-2:30. She also mentioned that she had contacted Natasha Vox Leonis and our tithing presentation is on the schedule for their majesties court for Lionhearts.

It was noted that Ursula Georges sent an e-mail indicating her preference for the office of Herald. No concerns were raised, so the office is hers.

Finally we discussed our next seneschal. Both candidates - Rosalind Northwood and Genevieve De Bretagne – were present and gave statements about their reasons for putting their names in, ideas of what they would like to do as seneschal and their qualifications. After a period of discussion and additional questions, Rosalind Northwood was unanimously selected as the next seneschal of the College of St. Bunstable.

Following the seneschal decision, Genevieve was encouraged to consider taking the office of Arts and Sciences Minister, either as an official SCA officer or as a college officer only if she doesn’t want to purchase a membership.

So the officers of the College are now:

Seneschal: Rosalind Northwood
Exchequer: Aleyn Edwinson (Madrone’s exchequer who doubles as ours)
Herald: Ursula Georges
Chatelaine: Eleanor Ashling
(These are official SCA officers, the first three are required)
Chronicler: Laurabelle
Arts and Sciences Minister: Genevieve De Bretagne (? – if she wants to take it)
