Our main foci are:
1. Recruiting and supporting departmental liaisons who regularly present at faculty meetings to promote the interests of underrepresented scientists and work to increase both equity and diversity in our departments and programs.
2. Helping allies become advocates who reduce incidents of harassment, discrimination, and bias through collective action and speaking up on behalf of those with less privilege and power.
