INROADS is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

INROADS Puget Sound Student Association (IPSSA) is a student-run organization that helps support the INROADS/Pacific Northwest Region - Puget Sound affiliate. IPSSA is a dedicated group of peers who work to improve the program, recruit talented students, promote and execute community service, coordinate social and networking events, and overall, who focus on helping others and developing the future of interns.
