TRAFFIC INFRASTRUCTURE AND SYSTEMS
Working with Mark Haselkorn and the TIM-CM team to create and evaluate a virtual coordination center (VCC) for handling, analyzing, and anticipating major traffic-related incidents and congestion. This involves prototyping, user-centered design sessions with stakeholders, interviews, and persona creation.
