N&B Outreach is RSO of the Week!

The UW Student Activities Office has named N&B Community Outreach its Registered Student Organization of the Week on March 6, 2014! We are recognized for "leadership and programming contributions to student life at UW" in the same week that we hosted the annual Brain Awareness Week Open House. We help organize this event to bring hundreds of students from local area schools to learn about the brain through hands-on activities presented by local scientists, including our group. Our volunteers once again did a fantastic job of engaging students and spreading their enthusiasm about science and brains. Thanks to everyone who made BAW Open House a success, and thanks to UW SAO for naming us RSO of the Week!
