Announcing the new travel award: NEAT

The Hope Heart Institute (HHI), in association with the Pacific Cascade Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience (PCC SfN), is pleased to announce the Neuroscience Education Award for Travel (NEAT). The award will recognize a Pacific Northwest graduate student(s) who has made significant contributions to neuroscience public outreach and education. The NEAT award recipient(s) will receive up to $1,000 (travel reimbursement) to attend the annual SfN meeting in Washington, D.C. Individuals or groups of up to three people can apply for this award.

The application deadline is June 15, 2008.
