Second-year CS & Informatics student at UW, passionate about building inclusive technology, tools, and ideas that make an impact.
Welcome to my webpage! I’m Abdulahi, a second-year Computer Science and Informatics student at the University of Washington’s Paul G. Allen School and Information School.
As a student exploring the intersections of technology and community, I am driven to make technology more inclusive, creative, and impactful for diverse audiences.
I had the opportunity to work at Microsoft as a Discovery Intern on the AI Frameworks division within AI Platform, where I gained experience in front-end development, UX/UI design, prototyping, and project management, while also strengthening my collaboration and communication skills.
I also interned at the City of Seattle as part of the Service Design team, where I explored research methodologies, human-centered design, and product management.
I bring a blend of creativity, initiative, and collaboration to every project. I adapt quickly to challenges, take on complex tasks with curiosity, and deliver user-centered solutions that are both practical and actionable. With strong communication skills and a research-driven mindset, I consistently contribute value by combining insights with visually compelling outcomes.
