Rainier Yacht Club

Location

Rainier Yacht Club moorage is located on the south west end of Lake Washington. It is in Parkshore Marina.  The Marina is just south of the boat ramp and has a 5 story "condo" just south of  it onshore.  The other condos nearby are shorter or higher.  About 60' of space is available on the outside end the south most dock ("E" dock).  The guest moorage is labeled on the side of the float. The club house is located at the shore end of the dock.

Length of Stay

You may stay up to one week, unless others are waiting.

Procedures

Phone the contact numbers posted at the rear of the clubhouse for the combination to the gate and restroom key box.  During the day, you can enter the marina office and restroom without leaving the gated area by using the small footbridge.  The adjacent Parkshore Marina Office (206-725-3330) also has a contact for the club.  Please return the key to its storage box each time you come back through the gate so that it will be available to other guests.

• Mayas Mexican restaurant 1/2 block away and others nearby.

• Hook, Like & Sinker; seafood and American cuisine .

• Fast food: KFC, McDonalds and Jack in the Box.

• Walking distance to drug store, liquor store and supermarket. (North on Rainier Ave)
