About me

I am a graduate student in physical oceanography working with Peter Rhines (advisor) at the University of Washington.

I am interested in high-latitudes due to their steep gradients, small Rossby radius and importance to the climate. I also enjoy thinking about bio-physical interactions.

My research interests going forward include mesoscale processes such as eddies, fronts, and boundary currents, using satellite and in situ data, or process-scale numerical models.
