There she is!

I patiently waited my turn in the mob, finally got to the front, took a couple pictures, then turned my camera off and took a few minutes just to look at the Mona Lisa. I've heard over and over again that the painting is a disappointment, that she is smaller than you would expect, and that the painting is somewhat mundane. I, in fact, thought the same thing 20 years ago when I ran in, stood behind the crowd, and took a quick picture. This time, though, well, there's is just something about that painting, something in her eyes and that oh-so-famous smile. Something. . . .
