Vegetarian Fajitas

Ingredients:

Slice portobello mushrooms caps into strips. Marinate vegetarian beef or chicken strips and mushroom strips in soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder for 10-15 minutes. Slice lettuce into strips. Halve avocados, then slice in both directions and remove pieces with a spoon. Warm tortillas in a pan over medium heat. Brown vegetarian chicken/beef and mushroom strips. Roll vegetarian beef/chicken strips, sliced portobellos, shredded lettuce, avocado chunks, pico de gallo, sour cream, and refried beans in a tortilla and enjoy.
