Stuffed Bell Peppers

1 cup orzo pasta
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 -5 bell peppers

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Boil the orzo and salt for 9 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Stir orzo and cheeses. Stuff the peppers. Combine the bread crumbs and basil. Top the peppers with bread crumb mixture. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes until brown.
