Jailhouse Rolls

Ingredients:

Mix dry yeast in lukewarm water; blend and set aside for later use.
Mix potatoes, butter, eggs, salt, and sugar; blend into flour. Add yeast water and blend well. Place in greased bowl. Cover with cold, damp cloth and place in refrigerator until ready for use.
Roll out like a pie crust (though not as thin). Cut to desired size. Butter tops. Let stand for several hours. Bake in 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

Family of 4 - Rolls for 3 meals
