In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat, stir in amaretto and extract; chill 2 hours. Shape into 3/4 in. balls; roll in almonds. Chill until firm. Store at room temperature in tightly covered container. The flavor improves after 24 hours. Makes 40 to 50 pcs.
