Over 25 graduate students participated in the BAW 2007.  The head organizer, Dr. Eric Chudler, said that it was the best BAW in its 10 year history.  More info

BAW 2007 served 400 kids. Still, 600 kids couldn’t make it... If they couldn’t come, we’ll visit them!  More info

Members of the Outreach Team received the inaugural Next Generation Award from the Society for Neuroscience in November at San Diego!

The award, made jointly by the Pacific Cascade Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) and the Hope Heart Institute, is intended for a graduate student(s) who has participated in neuroscience education and/or outreach and can be used to pay for $1,000 in travel expenses to the annual SfN meeting (this year in Washington, D.C.).
