This page was compiled with the intention of offering a place where UW players can learn more about the game of ultimate. Although the best thing you can do to get better at Ultimate is to play more ultimate, the next best thing is to be a student of good ultimate players.

The articles were written by many of ultimate's premier players including former coaches and players of UW Ultimate. There are numerous articles ranging from basics like throwing and catching to more advanced concepts such as offensive positioning and conceptual ultimate.
