• IMA Recreational Sports Liability Waiver Form

  Liability waiver cards are available from the club president at practice or at the Programs Office, located on the 3rd floor of the IMA.

• Your own Table Tennis paddle (if you have one; if not, we have 3 extras) and comfortable clothing
• Positive attitude and team spirit!

Your Dues Help Provide:

• Equipment - Quality tables, nets, and barriers.
• Supplies - balls, glues, rubber cleaner, and wipers
