UW Thetas' House Tour

Theta prides itself on not only the amazing girls that live here but also our beautiful house. Our house is located on 17th Avenue, which is known as Greek Row and is right next to campus. Our spacious four-story brick house features several living areas, bedrooms (1,2, and 4 person), study rooms, kitchen with cooks 7 days a week, dining room, roof top deck, and even our own exercise room. Theta is one of the few houses in the Greek Community that does not have a sleeping porch, which many women find very comforting. Through yearly renovations our house is kept up to date, which makes it a perfect home for college women.
