JSA Matsuri - Performance

I sent an e-mail back awhile ago, but never got a reply back. So, I thought I'd be able to contact someone through here.

I'm inquiring about: if the Kendo Club would like to do a performance for the Japanese Student Association's Matsuri Festival on February 21st, 2009 between the times of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. You can use the time to do some demos, and announce some Kendo Club announcements.

Currently, if you'd like to perform at our Matsuri you would be put on the times: 7:10 - 7:30 PM. But, this may change depending on other performers.

Also, if you do accept. I was wondering when the Kendo Club will be available to do a quick rehearsal a week before Matsuri?
