Logistics

Cost

$20 US or $20 CAN ($10 US for dinner)

Registration

Registration will begin at 11:00am on the day of the tournament. DOJO LEADERS: For organizational ease, please send us a rough head count of the expected number of participants from your dojo (Contact Us).

Forms

ATTENTION! Signature of a parent or guardian IS REQUIRED for entry for all participants 18 years of age or younger. We will accept duly signed forms both by mail in and on the day of the tournament.

Lunch on Saturday

Please note that we will only have some fruit and very light snacks/drink at the tournament. If you would like to have an early lunch, food can be found here. A light lunch is advised!

Showers, etc.

There will be shower facilities available at the Meadowbrook Community Center.

Lodging

As always, you are encouraged to stay with one of our dojo members on Friday and Saturday nights if you like. If you do, please contact us and bring a sleeping bag and other personal items.

The Meadowbrook Community Center is located north of the University of Washington just off of Lake City Way. The cross streets are NE 105th St and 35th Ave NE. There is a parking lot as well as street parking in the neighboring bloks.
Route from NORTH of Seattle on I-5:

Take exit 175 for NE 145th St/State Hwy 523 toward 5th Ave NE

Keep left at the fork, follow signs for WA-523 E

Turn left at NE 145th St/WA-523

Turn right at 15th Ave NE

Turn left at NE 125th St

Turn right at 35th Ave NE

Destination will be on the right

Route from SOUTH of Seattle on I-5

Take exit 171 for State Hwy 522 toward Lake City Wy./Bothell
