Welcome to the website for the Global Health Group (GHG) at the University of Washington! GHG, formerly known as the International Health Group (IHG), is a student-run interest group at the University of Washington that provides workshops and activities to medical students interested in working with disadvantaged populations worldwide.

The Global Health Clinical Elective is  a six-week clinical elective for medical students at the UWSOM in their 4th year of medical school. For additional information regarding  the Global Health Clinical Electives, see the About GHG section.

The Global Health Immersion Program is designed  for medical students at the University of Washington School of Medicine in the summer between their first and second years. For additional information regarding GHIP, see the About GHG section.
