Dear Recruiter:

The Undergraduate Management Consulting Association (UMCA) invites you to join us for the annual University of Washington Business Career Fair held on Thursday, October 11, 2001 from 3:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. This occasion will be the first opportunity of the academic year to interact with and educate students about future career paths within your company.

The event will be advertised campus-wide and open to all University of Washington students. In past years the Business Career Fair has been very successful for both students and employers. Students value this event and will benefit greatly from your participation. This year's event will again include the opportunity for your company to reserve a presentation time in a separate seminar room. The firm's names and individual presentation times will be advertised along with the Career Fair event. We encourage you to take advantage of this presentation forum to give interested students in-depth information about your company. Please note that there are limited spaces for presentations and spots typically fill quickly.

Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
