Opportunities
Haven't completed an introductory bio series yet? You can still be involved with the biology club!
All you need is an interest in biology to join. Come to our tribeta/biology meetings on Thursdays
to listen to guest lecturers, participate in debates, meet your fellow bio majors, and eat free
snacks! Don't forget you can also sign up for a mentor, who is an upper level biology student
that can share their own experiences with you. Visit our Mentoring page
for more info. To sign up to be a biology club member, visit our How to Join page here.
Are you taking an introductory bio class or Genome 371 now? If you need help understanding
difficult concepts, you should check out our Tutoring page
for information on times, location, and the tutors themselves. Tribeta offers FREE tutoring
for the introductory biology courses and genome 371.
If you've completed an introductory bio series, you should join Tribeta! Visit the How to Join page
to see if you meet the requirements. Another great way to be involved is to sign up to
be a mentor to students
who are just beginning their biology journey.
