We here at TriBeta have recently added two new officers to our ranks!
Welcome to our new interim secretary Rochelle Wavrin, and our tutoring

summer quarter (whether it is
filled with sunshine and free time, or summer school). We here at
TriBeta and the Biology Club are in the process of planning the events
of the coming year and your input would be much appreciated! If you've
got an idea or comment for these events, send us an email at tribeta@u.washington.edu.
Interested in helping out? The
secretary position remains unfilled! Get some great leadership
experience and work with some great people - email if interested or
curious!

In other news, the Biology Club BBQ
sponsored by TriBeta on friday the 20th was a great hit! Thanks
to all who defied the insane weather to help organize, plan and
execute. (and to those who just came to nab a free bite - you all
helped too - that darn inventory needed to be cleared!)

History & Ethics will be discussing
issues relating to the Terri Schiavo case.
Come join TriBeta and the Biology
club as we discuss issues in in the case with respect to surrogate
decision making and the division of families over these matters.

Finish up those T-Shirt designs and have a great finals week and spring
break!
Tri-Beta meetings will restart the
first week of Spring quarter on Thursday April 7th! We look forward to
seeing you there.

Notice: For those of you
with dictatorial aspirations, Tri-Beta will be having its annual
officer elections in spring quarter. If taking a more active role in
Tri-Beta and getting some great leadership experience along the way
seems appealing drop on by one of our future meetings or let us know
