TLHC General Council Agenda
I. Welcome: Theme…What theme?
Word of the Meeting: Elections – as in ASUW
Elections are Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday!

II. President’s Report
a. OHS Shirt sales
i. Pre-orders started!
ii. $6 on Husky Card
iii. $12 on A La Card account…you get a shirt and
food card! Great Deal!
b. Elections coming May 17th
i. Positions: TLHC President, Director of
Programming, and one ASUW Senator
ii. Anyone who will be living in Terry or Lander next
year can run
iii. If you don’t know then if you do run and get
elected then HFS will make sure that you get housing in Terry
iv. Interested in other hall councils then email
hallpresident@u.washington.edu with your name, phone number, hall
you’re in now, and where you want to be
c. OHS Opening Ceremonies start at 5pm
i. We need to have a Pep Rally Sentence for each hall
Terry and Lander
ii. You can say them out loud or write it on the
comment card
iii. We still need these otherwise the exec board
will have to make up ones themselves
III. VP Report
a. Quorum – We all love quorum and Elections!
b. TLHC Website is up and running
c. Comment Sheets – please fill out or at least draw
something on back!
d. Has everyone read the TLHC Minutes in the
bathrooms?
e. Comment Sheets and Elections both for TLHC and
ASUW! YEAH!
IV. Budget Report
a. Total Budget: $350 (approx)
b. Anything else…?
V. Programming Report
a. Constitution Fun brought to you by Hala!
b. This is very important
c. The constitution is fun and exciting and we need
to do it!
d. SW Fest is going to be great fun…it starts next
week

a. Operation Room Selection

a. breaking a world record at OHS…come on let’s do it!
b. Run vote for SW fest pig

around campus between 9-5 on the 11th, 12th, and 13th to get more info.
