Shipping for Evening with Industry (EWI) will be through GES. Prior to EWI, please ship your career fair materials to:

Your materials must reach GES by Thursday, January 15, 2009, unless otherwise noted..
GES will hold your materials for you and deliver them to the UW on the morning of EWI.
At the close of the career fair at 5:30 PM, GES will visit your booth and inquire about return shipping. If you do not want to use GES for return shipping, please arrange to have your items picked up from the UW HUB by your courier of choice.
Those who plan on using GES’s return shipping services are encouraged to contact Steve Morris at (425) 251-6565 or fax (425) 251-9878.
Please note that if you will be using a different courier for return shipping services you must make your own arrangements. UW SWE will only be scheduling a courier pickup through GES. It is important to note that this year the Husky Union Building will NOT be accepting packages.
