Running SOTA Meetings (suggestions)

  • Send out an e-mail to everyone a week or two ahead for possible items on the agenda
  • For meeting topics that apply to all MOTS, have these at the beginning of the meeting
    • Topics related only to 1st years or 2nd years should be held at the end, so members do not have to attend to items that are irrelevant to them
  • Voting: majority rules
  • If volunteers are needed for committees, events, and so on… information should be given ahead of time about responsibilities before members are asked to sign up
    • This decreases the pressure to sign up for things on the spot

Football parking – Please sign up!!

  • Please contact Kristi for available games to volunteer for
    • Volunteering contributes to your class’ graduation fund
  • Orientation
