Quartermaster Yacht Club

Location

Quartermaster Harbor YC is located at the southern end of Vashon Island.  The Club is on the southwest side of inner Quartermaster Harbor.  The reciprocal moorage is located on the east side of the float nearest shore.  Approach from the south side of the facility, beware at low tide!

Length of Stay

Reciprocal moorage is free the first 2 days and $0.20 a foot per day for additional days.  Maximum 4 days per month.  

Procedures

After tying up go to the grey registration box located at the top of the ramp.  Fill out the form and deposit any necessary fees in the locked grey box.  Rules and regulations are posted and the gate combination and a key to the bathroom is located in the box.  If you have questions ask Glenn McCormick on SARA on B dock near the ramp.  Note that the beach to the north is private property.  Please fly your club burgee at all times.  Rafting is permitted.  There is NO garbage disposal here.

Amenities

• 30A Power is available for $2/day for boats up to and including 30', $3 for 31'-40' boats, and $4 for boats over 40'.

• Bathrooms and deck at the club.

• Restaurant is within walking distance in Burton.

• Beach to the south is usable.

• Facilities may be used for club gatherings with prior permission from the rear commodore.
