September 13-17 - 2001 SAF National Convention in Denver, CO.

May 23-25 - WSSAF Annual Meeting at Ocean Shores, WA.

April 25 - An evening with Doug Sutherland. Support the student chapter by joining us as we listen to the new Commissioner of Public Lands talk about his plans for the next four years. Afterwards there will time for Q&A, followed by a lasagne dinner to help raise money for the UW student chapter.

The event will be held at the Graham Visitors Center at the Washington Park Arboretum (click here for directions) at 4 PM on Wednesday April 25, 2001. Cost is $25 ($15 for students). Space is limited, and meals must be ordered in advance, so you MUST preregister for this event in order to attend. To preregister, you can download a registration form, call the Continuing Education office at (206) 543-0867 or send e-mail to forestce@u.washington.edu. (Please keep in mind that once you register a meal will be purchased for you and you will be responsible for the registration fee.)
