I graduated in March 2006 with degrees in psychology and biology. In psychology, I studied a developmental phenomenon known as "infant imitation" as an honors student in Betty Repacholi's SEDL. In biology, I focused on evolutionary genetics, studying genes in the plant genus Mimulus. I have since moved on to a lab position in the UW Department of Medicine. Outside these academic interests, I enjoy photography, graphic design, and playing guitar.
