1-Pre-Vet Advisor came to answer questions.  Call to make an appointment to talk about your future in Pre-Veterinary Medicine at this link:

2-Committees for Winter Quarter Progams got together to discuss the goals they want to accomplish.  Here are the tentative dates for the following programs:

Cat Shelter (Jan. 30)

Vet Panel (Feb 18)

Large Animal Clinic (Feb 27 or March 6)

Fundraiser (Feb 20-21)

1-Welcomes

2-Winter Quarter Programs: Need volunteers for each program.  Please email if interested.  The updated list is:

  • Cat Shelter (2nd week of winter quarter): Rebecca, Trisha, Josy
  • Vet Panel: Jayson, Cheryl, Carile, Helen, Hannah
  • Large Animal Visit (Mt. Vernon. ~March): Max, Carile, Elise
  • Fundraiser (Partner with animal shelter): Lacey, Chelsea, Cara

3-Dues: Please give $10 to Lacey.  Dues must be paid to become an official member of the Pre-Vet Society.  If you participated in the puppy bake sale, you earned $3/hr.  An email will soon be sent to give an update on where you stand.

4-Advisor Q&A: Unfortunately, the advisor was ill and couldn't make it, but will be at the first meeting of Winter Quarter.  Jayson will send out the questions asked at the meeting and notify the club with the answers via email.

4-Future Meetings, but you may pay it off by helping out at fundraisers, such as the puppy bake sale (coming soon!)
