Honorable Bro. Rex Marshall chartered Kappa Lambda, who was on scholarship from the University of Indiana. The Board of Deans recognized the chapter on May 28 th in the year 1978. Bro. Marshall demonstrated a vital concern for the brotherhood, scholarship, and service. The Charter line of Kappa Lambda chapter was the “Phoenix” better known as the “Elite 8”
